A legend on New York diamonds in Flatbush and Queens, Gil Hodges is the subject in most of these (40) 1950s-1960s Type I photographs. Ranging in size from 9-1/8 x 7" to 14x11, these black-and-white photos depict Hodges (often with teammates) as both a Dodger and a Met. Many are original news service examples with reverse stampings and original caption sheets adhered. Evidence of newsroom handling and editorial markings is found throughout. More on our website
