One will be hard-pressed to find baseball postseason and All-Star Game programs as well-preserved as the ones in this lot of (10). With covers and crisp pages intact, these stadium-issued publications are free of creases and compacting folds found on so many guides from these events/eras. Most have been scored in ballpoint. Includes: All-Star Game 1954 (unscored); World Series (2) 1953 (Games 1 and 6); (2) 1959; (unscored); (3) 1971 (Games 1, 7 and unscored); ALCS (2) 1971 (Games 1 and 2). More on our website.
1954 All-Star Game Program issued at Cleveland’s Municipal Stadium, this 32-page guide is unscored and presents minimally at the (EX-MT) plateau.
1953 World Series these (2) programs were both issued at Yankee Stadium. With a glance at the covers, you’d swear they were reprints. That’s how nicely they’ve been preserved. Both have been scored in ballpoint with extensive notations on the scorecard pages.
1959 World Series these (2) programs are both (NM) with unbelievably crisp covers/pages and unmarked scoring grids. One was issued at Comiskey Park and the other is from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where attendance records were set and are likely never to be broken.
1971 ALCS and World Series these (5) publications were all issued at Baltimore’s Memorial Stadium and have been scored in ballpoint (with the exception of one unmarked World Series program). The World Series Game 1 program has handwritten notations throughout and the scorecard page is detached but present.
