While the 1953 Fall Classic featured the Yankees and Dodgers as combatants for the fifth time in the previous 13 installments, the rivals weren’t quite finished, as they would go head-to-head twice more before “Dem Bums” migrated to the West Coast. Issued at the appropriate Yankee Stadium or Ebbets Field venue for each of those 1953 October contests, these (6) programs represent a complete run and collectively present at the (EX) plateau. With virtually identical cover designs, the guides have been scored in ballpoint with notations on those scorecard pages. Note: (3) have handwritten notations on their otherwise crisp covers. Pages remain completely intact throughout.
