Description

An absolute deity to Baltimore and the Memorial Stadium faithful, Hall of Famer Johnny Unitas was glorified off the field, as well. A natural for local marketing, Unitas was portrayed on souvenirs like these keepsakes. Highlights include: Equipment includes a vintage pair of size “10” black leather high top shoes with (7) cleats affixed to the bottom of each; and a pair of Johnny Unitas signature model “Spalding” youth shoulder pads; Figurines a 1970s “Bobble Dreams”; a 2005 McFarlane’s NFL Legends; and a 1998 “Starting Lineup” NFL Legends Unitas/Namath pair (all are in unopened original retail packaging). Limited Edition Commemorative Plates includes a 1992 Sports Impressions limited edition (120/1973) plate with a color collage of Unitas and his gold-colored facsimile signature; and a 1995 Bradford Exchange “Johnny Unitas: Champion Colt” #574A plate portraying Unitas during Super Bowl V
