Description

Signed by Athletics installments over a nine-year span in which the team played in two cities under six different managers, these (3) baseballs hail from a transitional period in the storied franchise’s history. Signatures average (“7”) quality and include: 1954 creamy OAL Harridge orb (grade “8”) signed by (28) with Finigan, Power and Shantz; 1958 creamy OAL Harridge orb (grade “8”) signed by (27) with Craft, Maas and Trucks; 1962 mildly toned OAL Cronin orb (grade “7”) signed by (26) with Bauer, Cimoli and Feller. Note: the signatures of Feller and Piersall lead us to believe that this ball was likely signed during a spring training game.
